The housekeeping staff do a marvelous job and work well into the afternoon ensuring everywhere is beautiful and fresh.

The cups are small, proper mugs would have been helpful.

Our room was spacious and had a stunning view of the sunsets, like wow! the shower was perfect with a lip to keep the water in the right place—no wet floors, ag man! And how sweet that they surprised us with a bottle of bubbly for my birthday!

Had a pleasant week in a beautifully laid out junior suite. Loved the variety at breakfast. The pool bar snacks exceeded expectations! Make sure to arrive early for sunbeds, as they are locked until late. Definitely try the archery and shooting activities by the pool for some fun.

Not all rooms have great views, as I found myself looking at the road instead of the pool. Cleaning was inconsistent during my stay. the room wasn’t serviced daily, and I had to deal with an unexpectedly chaotic pool area due to other guests being overly loud. The air conditioning was underwhelming, barely keeping the space cool, and the steep hill to access the hotel can be a struggle for those with mobility issues or families in tow. Plus, the dining options tend to lack variety, leaning on repetitive themes which can dull the experience over time.

The pool area had a lovely atmosphere, and it was nice that the pools were heated. I did notice some inconsistencies with room cleaning. on certain days, we didn’t receive enough towels, and the floors could have been cleaner. The food options offered at mealtime varied, but some items felt a bit repetitive. A major downside was the noise levels, particularly from other guests near the pool during the night.
